Mercury goes retrograde from June 7 - 30th, bringing with it lost emails, missed phone calls, and even computer crashes. Experts advise that this isn't a great time to sign contracts or make big purchases. Wait until Mercury goes direct. 

Neptune goes retrograde on June 9th in the water sign of Pisces. This is a great time to tap into your intuition. Listen to your inner voice because it can help guide you. 

Other areas these two planets can trigger include:

• Flooding
• Electrical storms 
• High emotions and over thinking things
• Dreams that can manifest into reality
• Unexpected accidents
• Miscommunication causing unnecessary hurt feelings

My recommendation:

• Drive slowly especially in the rain
• Be more cautious when boating
• Keep all drinks away from your computer because you are more likely to spill it during Mercury retrograde
• Hold off on signing contracts or making big purchases till July 1st
• If you have a cold, watch out that it doesn't develop into pneumonia
• Don't drink and drive
• Listen and repeat what someone else says because it is much easier for you to misinterpret what someone else means

ASTROLOGY NEWS: Tempers Fly In April Putting Us In Survival Mode

Political controversy has already begun and the stakes get higher in the next few weeks. We need leaders! We need ego's to be tamed. But the energy of the planets are causing friction and self-centered, egotistical decisions and actions. Power is the theme versus peace. We need leaders who are thinking about the people. We need leaders who think through their decisions. These planetary aspects create unexpected reactive decisions. These planetary aspects can make tempers flare.

On March 30th, Mercury goes retrograde. Get ready for lots of communication and technical mishaps, crashes and failures. Letters may be lost in the mail. Emails unexpectedly disappear. Computers may crash. And important phone calls missed. When Mercury goes retrograde, astrologers highly suggest putting off signing contracts because when Mercury goes direct it usually falls through. This is not a time to shake hands or form partnerships, because when Mercury goes direct usually those partnerships don't turn out to be what you think they were.

Then on April 9th, Pluto goes retrograde. Pluto is the planet of war and power. It also triggers depression. This planet takes it's time to create change. It makes us feel our pain and choices. In April, it goes retrograde in the sign of Capricorn. Capricorn energy is one where people are dedicated to their goals. They take their time, making sure it kicks-off with a big bang.

Finally on April 15th and April 29th, we experience two Lunar Eclipses. They will reveal the truth. They will create change. Eclipses bring opportunity. But they also bring the unexpected.

• Drive super carefully because with Mercury in retrograde accidents are more likely.
• Pay attention to the weather because tornado's and electrical storms will be stronger
• Watch your temper. Arguing and fighting is more prevalent.
• Try not to let things brew internally.
• Unrealistic lawsuits.
• Finish and submit your taxes early!

If you are looking for a change in your career or home, then March is the month! But before that, get ready for a frenzy February when Mercury goes retrograde from February 6 - 28th.

ASTROLOGY NEWS: Firework Explosion In July When Saturn Goes Direct, Uranus Goes Retrograde and Mercury Goes Direct

July is the month filled with "Ah ha" and "Uh oh" moments! Saturn going direct (July 7th), Uranus going retrograde (July 17th), and Mercury finally turning direct (July 18th) will create an energy flow to teach us that nothing in life is perfect, that your past and present choices will affect your future, and that anything and everything is possible. But the most important thing is to realize that not everything can be planned for and to be open to the unexpected.

This is a month where freedom, structure and personal responsibility will be highlighted. And even if these transits are not aspecting one of your planets directly in your astrology chart, they will touch each and every one of our lives through friends, business decisions and governmental choices.

In a nutshell, power, freedom, and perseverance will flow steady and strong in the the independent month of July. ASTROLOGY NEWS: Mercury Retrograde Poses a Problem for July Holiday Vacation Travelers

Mercury retrograde is back and it's gaining energy to disrupt your 4th of July travel plans.

Mercury turns retrograde in the sign of Cancer on June 26, 2013 for three weeks. During this time period, expect delays and hiccups around your travel plans, especially if you are heading to the beach.

But that isn't the only area that Mercury will toy with. It also will play games with technology, making your computer unexpectedly crash or your cell phone to mysteriously disappear. Emails somehow get deleted. Contracts get delayed or may never even come through. Letters mailed end up at someone elses house. That phone call that you've been waiting for ends up recorded on someone elses voice mail. When Mercury goes retrograde, it's like having a toddler touching and messing with your computer, cell phone and mail.

With Mercury in the sign of Cancer, watch out that you don't drop your cell phone in the toilet or spill a cup of coffee all over your computer. And expect weather delays when traveling.

From personal experience, be aware and be prepared. Below are my suggestions to get through this time period:

• Call the airport ahead of time to check on your flight
• Make sure you have lots of fun games and snacks when traveling to help fill in the gaps of delays and disruptions
• Watch talking on your phone close to water
• Keep all drinks and liquids away from your computer
• Follow-up on any emails or calls you expected to receive, because they may have gotten lost or forgotten
• Drive carefully on the road, stopping at all red lights

Also, Uranus and Mars will be in close aspect around June 17th - 25th, giving you the impression that Mercury retrograde has started early. This is only the beginning of what these planets will do over the next four weeks.

So in the end, have fun and laugh at the craziness that Mercury most likely will bring into your life during this time period. And get ready, because Mercury isn't the only planet that will impact you in July. Saturn finally turns direct on July 7th and Uranus goes retrograde on July 17th.
